Using Apexscan Pro
By creating an account you agree to use Apexscan Pro lawfully and only for documents you own or are authorized to process. You are responsible for the content you upload.
Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel or request a refund at any time — see our refund & cancellation policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to store or distribute unlawful material, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Availability & liability
We work hard to keep the service available but provide it "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
