Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can always request a refund
Anyone on a paid plan can request a refund at any time from your subscription settings. The amount you get back depends on how much of your plan you've used this billing period.
How much you get back
- 5 pages or fewer used: you receive a full refund of your most recent payment.
- More than 5 pages used: you receive a 50% refund of your most recent payment, since you've already made significant use of the plan.
Pages include any documents you've scanned, uploaded, or annotated during the current billing period.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately and moves you to the Free plan. Cancelling on its own does not issue a refund — request a refund separately if you'd like money back.
Processing time
Once a refund is issued, it typically takes 3–5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
