Your documents are sensitive. Here's how we protect them.
Encrypted at rest
Every document and scan is stored in a private, access-controlled store encrypted at rest, and transmitted over TLS.
No training on your documents
Your files are used only to power the features you request. We never use your documents to train AI models, and we never sell your data.
You control access
Files are reachable only through short-lived signed links scoped to your account. Shareable links are opt-in, can be password-protected, expire, and can be revoked at any time.
Row-level isolation
Strict database access rules ensure each account can only ever read or write its own documents, annotations and signatures.
Your data, your call
You can export everything we hold, or permanently delete your account and all associated files, at any time from your account settings. See our privacy policy for the full details.
