What we collect
We collect your account email and display name, the documents and images you scan or upload, the annotations and signatures you create, and basic usage data needed to run the service (such as your subscription status and page counts).
How we use your data
Your documents are used solely to provide the features you request — scanning, OCR, summaries, annotation and export. We never sell your data and we never use your documents to train AI models.
Storage & security
Documents are stored in a private, access-controlled store encrypted at rest. Files are only ever accessible to you via short-lived signed links, unless you explicitly create a shareable link.
No sharing with third parties
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or documents with any third party for their own use. The only services that ever touch your data are the infrastructure providers we use to run the app itself — secure hosting, storage, and payment processing — and they may only process your data on our instructions to deliver the features you request. Your documents are never shared, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models.
Your rights
You can export all your data or permanently delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deleting your account erases your documents, annotations and signatures from our systems.
